Marne FAQ





Marne Clay Shooting Club is situated in Marne Barracks, Catterick and has been running for a few years now offering shooting on every second Sunday (see fixtures) Please bring your SGC or photo id for entry to the barracks


Offering different layouts for each shoot the club provides a varied mix for people of all levels from novice to seasoned shots



A Typical Sunday shoot will comprise of a 60-70 bird sporting over 8-9 stands, Scores from these are usually posted Sunday night for those who wish to see how well they compared to others on the day, just dont forget to hand in your scorecard!


Dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Always wear hearing and sight protection whilst participating or observing. A hat is also recomended
Sunday shoots are 10.00AM until 1.30PM last card. Any other dates open will be listed with the opening hour for that day


We have amazing 5 star catering on our Sunday fixtures supplied by `lol's catering`

Fantastic food to keep you going all day


We are a FIBRE WAD ONLY ground, no excuses
Any Wednesday afternoons running will be posted in the News feed a week or so before, these are only when planned and not a regular event

Membership is per calander year and subs are taken from December through till about March.

Members recive discounted shooting, members only events and are eligible for prizes and other givaways. Non-members shoot birds-only and are unless posted are not eligible for prizes or givaways

Any non-members wishing to attend one of our shoots must notify us in advance via email or through our Facebook page to be added to the list
